RETURN POLICY

Jesus Gift Store wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. Jesus Gift Store's product line is made to order and take up to 7-10 business days excluding weekends to print. Once printed, shipping may take up to 7 business days. By checking out you understand that NO exchanges or refunds are given on our Jesus Gift Store's product line once you have made payment.

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

You must get prior authorization, the product must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. If you received an incorrect item of the Jesus Gift Store's product line, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back provided the item(s) are unworn, unused and unwashed. Otherwise, no refunds will be given since all Jesus Gift Store product line items are custom made for you.

No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive misprinted / damaged / defective items. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed. Measurements are available on each item product page for you. Please contact us and a Jesus Gift Store customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
